The technicians themselves are great! I appreciate them for coming out and doing work on my appliance. However, the overall customer service from the company itself (SEARS) is AWFUL. They spent over TWO MONTHS just delaying this repair and taking forever to acquire the part needed to complete the assignment. THEN it took 4 DIFFERENT technicians to correctly diagnose the problem and get it finally fixed. The worst part is Sears has switched to an AI Customer Service Experience which disables the customer from speaking to anyone from this company to address these issues. What a crap service.

Francisco the technician was excellent but the other 3 appointments with the other technician were terrible. Took 4 weeks to fix the dryer which was unacceptable and probably the worst experience I ever had with a repair company, I will not use Sears again.
