  4. The Technician is grate he wasn’t able to finished the job

    The washer machine is worse than before he replace the parts now I have to sit on top wen it rinse otherwise it’s jumping like crazy Im afraid that is going to break the pipes on the back. Already damage the dryer ventilation tube ,

    One of the workers injured themselves twice while doing the repair. The technicians asked for towels and required us to move the washing machine. It seems to me that both things reauired from us should have been included with the repair. The technicians planned on leaving without testing their repair to see if the lg frontloading washer worked as expected. When moved and plugged in it did not turn on. It should be part of your policy to make sure the repair is done properly before your workers are allowed to leave and consider the repair complete. Luckily i managed to get one of the workers to help with the movement and test of the washing machine, even though he said he didnt have to. He then opened it after it wasnt responding and noticed they had left something unplugged. If I had trusted them to do their job, my washing machine would still be broken.

    as long as mike is the tech there are never any issues with getting my appliances serviced.he is always the best takes the time to find the problem and gets it fixed.unlike some of the techs he really makes a point of getting the job done
