    First service visit to repair a Kenmore Elite refrigerator ( 4 years old) was over 2 months ago. Over that time, we have suffered 5 visits , bought multiple expensive parts, and the original problem still has not been fixed. The most frustrating thing is that after each repair visit and the refrigerator fails within 12 hours, I have to start all over again, including waiting for a new appointment with a new repairman, which usually takes a one week minimum. Other services usually respond right away if the repair doesn't take. Also there is no way to make your complaints heard. The people who answer the phone in the Philippines can only schedule appointments. Nothing else.

    Jaime came when he said he would, figured out the problem right away, and fixed it quickly and inexpensively. It was great service, everything a service call should be. I couldn't be happier. But a complaint about your website. Your block box of writing guidelines covers up part of the Review box, making it very hard to write. You should make it go away.

  10. This is the 3rd survey on this nonwork

    I had one repairman come out and diagnosed the problem as an internal issue and needed replacement. He did not write up the replacement order. I called in after a couple weeks and they sent this other guy out that said there is nothing wrong with the disposal but it still makes loud squeeling noises intermittently. Are you going to wait until it totally breaks? Poor customer service. I will not be renewing my Plan Next year.
