Amazing Service.
As requested, Frank contacted me prior to his arrival at the house. He was prompt and in fact a bit early. He was professional and courteous at all times. He evaluated our dryer and gave a reasonable estimate as to the time and cost for repair. He performed the work in a professional and timely fashion. We felt completely at ease with Frank and trusted his opinion. We would highly recommend Frank for service repair and request him should need ever arise.

Sergio was fantastic! He came out to my home on short notice and quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner. Within 30 minutes, he identified the problem and clearly explained what was going on in a way I could understand. His professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency were immediately apparent, and I felt confident that I was in good hands from the start. Not only did Sergio diagnose the problem accurately, but he also fixed it right away, saving us from days of discomfort in the heat. He had the right tools and parts on hand, and his work was both fast and thorough. I truly appreciate his friendly attitude and attention to detail. If I ever have another HVAC issue, Sergio would be the first person I call. Five stars all the way!

Wonderful Experience!
Sears communication system is excellent. I was able to track the technician and didn't have to sit around all day waiting. He was on time, respectful, well mannered and most of all COMPETENT! He was in and out in about 40 mins. I am very please with Sears service at this point.
