Air Conditioner Repair
We were very pleased with the service call by Tony, who was courteous, prompt, and who speedily got our air conditioner to cool again. He had all the necessary equipment in his truck, and patiently explained the problem to me and my daughter.

I have a Sears Home Protection plan for my refrigerator. I was unable to reach a human when I noticed I was to be charged for a service call after I made an appointment by phone (strictly AI). When I was contacted by Gagik he was able to verify my warranty but it took hours for him to get it straightened out. So hooray for Gagik but boo for the SEARS appointment process!
