  4. Misdiagnosed by first technician, but second technician figured it out

    My refrigerator and freezer started malfunctioning over 6 weeks ago. The freezer was no longer working and refrigerator struggled to keep temps cool enough for food. The earliest available appt for a technician to come out was 2 weeks away. That was frustrating, but I know businesses are having a hard time getting employees right now. The technician came out and inspected the refrigerator, said it could be fixed, but it was going to be expensive and he would have to order parts. Parts were ordered, but it was going to be another 2 1/2 weeks before another technician could come out! This seemed unacceptable to me. Customers who've already had one service call should be given priority for repairs over new service requests. The second technician came out on the appointed day. He seemed more experienced and spent a longer time figuring out what was actually going on. Turns out, the refrigerator could not be saved because the evaporator coil had actually burnt a hole through the housing, and the housing was cracked in several places. When the technician showed me what the problem was, it was hard to believe the first technician didn't see the issue. The only thing I can surmise is that the first technician didn't do a thorough job and take apart the fridge to properly diagnose the problem. Both technicians were friendly and respectful of my property on their respective visits, but clearly the second technician was more skilled and spent the time to correctly identify the problem. If I had known that the fridge could not be saved, I could have started looking for a replacement weeks ago.

  5. Terrible experience

    Service tried to push me on warranty so hard and when I didn’t buy it they forged my signature on an estimate for repair and charged me even though no work was performed. Terrible experience. I don’t trust them now and would question calling them out ever again.

    Mr Kenny (technician) came to fix the kenmore washer After he left I loaded the machine to wash and all the water spilled out and the area was flooded so my neohew closed water spout

  9. Washer not fixed

    Unfortunately my washer was not fixed correctly. Had to make another appt to have them come back. Not happy about that .

    Akbar came to diagnose the issue with our dishwasher. He ordered the parts, and when they arrived he returned and installed them. He was quick and professional. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the parts were delayed.
