Baited me with fake points program covering the service cost. Came with a $90.00 bill. Don’t waste your time with Sears. Call an honest local business. Communication? There was no need for a person to come to our home. The fix was to press one button on the washer which could e done by phone.we are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with Sears.
