Refrigerator freezer door kept popping open then the door wouldn't open on one side. Bruce was very transparent, informative, professional and communicated concerns clearly. Bottom line, there were too many unknowns about the repair, parts and availability so the insurance company decided they did not want it repaired.

Bruce was excellent!! However before Bruce (tech) came to fix my fridge. I called in May 14-25 on May 22-25 Dennis came and ordered the parts (4) which came within the week. I was without a fridge for a month and a half, in between times I’ve had 6 reschedules. It was hard getting thru to someone and when I did the language barrier was very difficult to understand. I felt I wasn’t being heard and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told I was or they didn’t have one. When I to talk to the cancellation department they would not transfer me IT WAS A STRUGGLE!! Now today June 19-25 Bruce was such a blessing and fixed my refrigerator 🤗! THANK GOD!! Thank you Bruce, God bless you!! To Sears department; I really hope you fix this problem it’s not right we make our payments just to go through the hassle. I’ve heard people in the background when I was on the phone it seems like other customers wanted to cancel yet the customer service was very rude. Irene Garcia 6/19/2025
