after having considerable difficulties with the Sears Home Service communications, Juan was assigned the project and quickly procured the part and completed the job. Sears Service had sent out three different Techs to determine what was wrong and it appeared that the second and third tech were not informed properlu prior to deployment. Juan was number two and was able to follow through with the completion although another tech had been assigned for the third visit. He was able to complete the job on his second visit, the fourth visit by a Sears Tech. He was very personable, curteous of our time, communicated very well, and quick to complete the task. I would gladely have him as the tech on the next visit. I cannot say the same about the Sears phone system and system they use to communicate with their own techs.We are so thrilled you had a 5 star experience.
