Tommy, the technician, was great. He phoned when he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem with my washing machine immediately, then proceeded to fix the problem successfully. Tommy also helped me to get signed up for a Sears home warranty plan that covers my whole house. He patiently maneuvered through all the "red" tape. I am very happy with the service I received. Juan was very very thorough with the installation of the washing machine parts. I appreciated that he actually washed some clothes to make sure the machine was working properly. Juan did a great job. I hope I won't have any more problems with my washing machine, but if I do, I am confident that Sears customer service will take care of me.
