Michael was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He thoroughly checked everything that could possibly be wrong with my machines and left my laundry room cleaner than it was before he came. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and expertise.

Mike took time to fix our washer enough so we could use it until the needed parts arrived. Now he has repaired it and hopefully it will last another 10 years! Mike is professional, thoughtful, and knowledgeable.
