David was a wonderful service person. He was eager to answer my questions and efficiency diagnoses my LG washer and explained how to keep my machine in tip top shape. Would be delighted to use him again. A FIVE STAR service call!

I LOVE honesty! Technician Mike thought to plug the washer into another outlet using an extension cord - the washer turned on and worked as expected. He admitted he didn't do it on the initial visit.
