Technician was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Prices charged for parts and labor is straight up thievery. Paid $240 for a part that costs $65 at the appliance store and $320 labor for a repair that took 30 minutes.

My technician was very knowledgeable. I am very dissatisfied that it took over six weeks to get my refrigerator working again! The time between appointments is ridiculous!!!! Not having a refrigerator in my kitchen was very, very hard on me and my husband!
