Haven’t used it yet but the repairman was on time, very courteous and identified the problem and fixed it quickly. Very happy with the technician and the communication between Sears and myself. Will call them again when needed. Thank you!

Brad is a great technician!!! Courteous and Polite. Did exactly what he said he would do and arrived promptly. Very satisfied with Brad. How ever dispatch changed our service date without warning. My wife and myself are both over 70 and being without a/c for approximately 3 weeks was tough. Better scheduling would be a lot better.
