Arrived on time and assessed the problem. After receiving the estimate for the repair, I decided not to have it done because of the age of the stove and opted to purchase a new stove. I appreciated the effort he made to look into the issue

Mike C. was very Concern for our customer care. We have a serious problem which is very costly that’s not affordable at this time for us for this machine. He explained to us with great understanding his ability of knowing washing machines like brand smart diagnostic LG parts cost quite well. It’s working for now. However not sure how long. Thank you Mike for coming to service. Also, giving us understanding of what we own not knowing.
