We'll see, if my ice maker works. I know techs have move than a few jobs, but something needs to be done about timing. A 3-5 window and arrive at 5:55!!!

Archie was WONDERFUL and I can't say enough good things about how professional and friendly he was. The negative side of this experience has been scheduling a follow-up after the parts came in. The automated system kept canceling our appointments and trying to call back only took us in circles until it says "We cannot help you at this time" and hangs up. It has been beyond frustrating and seems like something that could be remedied.

Kenmore are now made by LG and I will never buy another LG or Kenmore appliance due to poor workmanship.

Still having problems with unit. Heat is not as hot as it should be. I will purchase a thermastate. Not sure what else to do. Air flow is constant, heat is not in-turn heater/furnace is constantly running.not sure/frustrated
