The maintenance guy came in a little bit earlier than he said he would be there, he fixed everything in a timely manner, and he left the laundry room looking better than when he first got here. He was extremely nice and I could not have asked for a better one.

Devon was my technician and he was marvelous!! Very polite and professional, knew the problem from our phone call as I described it, had the parts and made a quick repair. I was very pleased with his work and enjoyed our conversation while we waited on the spin cycle to test his repair!!

Tech was on time and professional. Was not able to fix my fridge. Wrong part and they don't weem to be able to address this problem and now tell me they can't (won't) fix it. not happy with sears.
