Alex(Hope I got the right name) Was excellent he came in very professional introduced himself, got directly to it. I told him what was going on. My fan was not moving. I sit down on the porch no lie within 67 minutes. He come back around, saying turn on the air condition. I turned it on, not realizing what he was doing. He said well is working! I said wait a minute you fix it already he said yeah he said I forgot the name of the part but he put the part on there and we have been without air condition for over a week and a half. He fix it in seven minutes!! Lee had another service company coming through through my CHOICE Warranty , but I have to research on them. I quickly cancel them so I can get someone else to reschedule and thank God Sears picked up the ticket. They are the only ones I would deal with in regards to HVAC they have not done me wrong yet. I don’t think they ever will great job.!!!

My technician Darryl was great he explained what he was doing every step of the way. He thought it was something major at first then he tried one more thing. This solved the problem. He checked several times to make sure everything was ok. I am so thankful because things have been a little difficult for me. This was my first time using Cinch which sent Sears Appliances and I am satisfied. Thank you all!
