Everything is running smoothly!
The crew who came to our apartment did a good job. Everything was hooked up and they even swapped the dryer door to the opposite side because it worked better for the space. They were personable and knew what they were doing.

Excellent service
Rakibul was able to diagnose the problem quickly and installed a new thermostat. He explained things to me as he worked so that I knew what was happening. He was courteous and friendly and made sure I knew how to use the new thermostat. Excellent technician!!!

JD was great!!
He is a gentle giant with a sweet soul! So courteous and great about explaining step by step what he was doing. Hopefully my washing machine is fixed after he replaced the hoses and put in a new control board, JD stayed to let washer go through a whole cycle. He asked me to contact Sears if I had any problems. Thank you Sears and JD.
