After one week, three rescheduled appointments (two of which without notification) never showed. Was notified of my technician was going to be late by 2 hours (1600-1800 window) so I leave the house at 1500 to run a errand down the street, TWO MINUTES AFTER I LEAVE I get a text with a picture (from their vehicle so they never rang the doorbell) of my house and empty driveway saying “knock knock sorry we missed you” and that and I should call the number on the provided on the voicemail. I had no missed call nor any voicemail was left. All and all horrible AI customer service so you can’t talk to anyone about it Overall, terrible experience if I could, I Would give negative stars.

The technician is way out of his league the lies and deception that he knows what he talking about is truly false he told me one thing and it was a lie he said my AC was working to my face and told his boss a lie. He doesn't have a clue.

Technician came to service our HVAC, but let us know he was not trained to work on a zoned system. Paid $75 for no solution.
