No one showed up and no one called.. It's 6:00 and past the repair time window... This is not the way one should do business!! I guess our refrigerator is not going to get repaired!

They suck! They were being sent by the warranty company I used American Home Shield who also suck! Sears has a technician that has been to my house before that forged my husband signature 3 times, we knew this because we received the email stating that we were spoken to about my counter tops possibly being damaged while they fixed my cook top. The first time the technician took a picture of a house that was not mine and sent it to Sears saying nobody was home and the document was signed by the technician, funny because if no one was home how did my husband signature it? And side note my husband works from home and was expecting them to arrive. The 2nd time they kept pushing our appointment time to later and signed the document again! And the technician canceled the appointment and never showed up and rescheduled it! I called American Home Shield and Sears and they did nothing about it. The 3rd time after over a month of waiting and rescheduling the technician finally shows up and when he is trying to fix the countertop my husband noticed the wrong part was sent, but then the technician noticed there were wires not connected properly so he fixed it and we didn’t need the part. The technician never mentioned the countertop we’re going to be damaged which they were!!!! And left and SIGNED THE DOCUMENT AGAIN!!!!!! I called my lawyer and will be calling the cops berths is illegal he is lucky I wasn’t home when he left. Sears your technician needs to be talked to because this is wrong and now my countertop is all scratched up thanks to him! They gave me a number to contact them but it’s all AI very hard to get through a representative they suck! Truly SUCK!!!! How are you trying to help me by sending me to AI that’s not helping that’s frustrating me even more.

I feel this was a waste of my money as well as time . I sent pictures of what the dryer was doing before the technician came out . He only resource the problem code when he got here . If he had did that before he came out he would have known he couldn’t have fixed the problem but yet he came and charged me $119 for nothing because he couldn’t fix the problem. That’s bad business I thought with a thrusted name like Sears that it would be professional.

I have choice warrantee. They sent this company the service man sent did not want to do his job. I was told by other ac person i was low on freon. He said nope it was fine. Said my house was cold upon arrival from ac, duh it was cool outside. Told him there was a definite problem he hit all of my vents with some kind of thermal gun and said it was fine. My furnace is dirty. I was insisting there was something wrong he proceeded to rip apart my furnace area and found that the coils were clogged ( sealed coils) and said the coils need to be replaced and that it is probably cheaper to replace the whole system. Left and said he would be back to close up the damage he did around the furnace. Well he told choice that my unit was a maintenance problem. So he never returned, couldn’t be bothered to let us know what the coverage would cover. Which is nothing! Now I need a new system which I will replace, and this because of your technician your company will Not be doing the work! This was on 6/4/25 Daryl was the technician

The worst home repair service. The only good part was the 2nd repair technician, Jonathan. You can't contact the company. They only text and email you everyday. I decided you are not the service for me.

Jonathan was great!!! Sadly, he was the only positive in my experience with Sears. The first call was 23 Sep 2024 the repair was completed 5 Nov 2024. They schedule appointments with a 8am-5pm time and cancel late evening via text message. My time is valuable too! We had repeated appointment cancellations. They blamed it on parts not arriving or Tech unavailability. Bottomline, horrible customer service above the Tech level. I would not recommend Sears Home Services and definitely will not renew.
