Scheduled & arrived on-time. Knew how to assess problem & how to access correct components. Had right equipment and worked efficiently. Refrigerator cooling now 72 hours later. Hope for continued normal operation.

Schedule was given for hours 8-5. Service person running slightly behind and arrived a few minutes after 5:30 PM. We were updated about the arrival of the repair person throughout the day.
