He was the same gentleman who didn’t fix the same issue twenty days ago. Today, he said he didn’t know what was wrong with the unit; the wires going into the unit and the wires coming out of the unit are being burned prior to entering and exiting the furnace..

Horrible. Technician broke a pipe and basically said i needed to replace it myself with a part from home depot. He didn't level nor test cycle. A 30 minute job turned into 2 hours and he still didn't complete it. Ended up redoing everything but electric wiring. This 4th time dealing with sears appliance Technicians and have yet to get the work they were sent to do completed. Canceling warranty asap.

Scheduled an appointment to repair a leaking refrigerator and the guy didn’t show up. He didn’t call or email any updates like “I’m running late” or “I can’t come today” either. Terrible communication because there was no communication. Guy was a no show and had 9 hours to show up per their 8am-5pm time slot. Will not be recommending this company. Sears, if you actually give a damn about this review, don’t send me that automated message I know you send out in place of a genuine apology. Send me a real and personal message from a human being. If you even care, that is.

I was advised they repaired Bosch dishwashers however the service technician they sent had never worked on a Bosch dishwashers. I already knew the problem so no diagnostics were required. I declined ordering a new part since it did not affect the functionality of the dishwasher. I paid $126 for the service technician to come. A high price to pay when no diagnostics were performed and no repairs were made.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and not at ALL on time. Showed up 2 hours early and made me cancel appointment because they were there the wrong with time. Not at all nice about rescheduling, repair, or communication.

Sears Repair Service is the WORST service I’ve ever experienced. Technician Travis R. ordered the wrong part for my refrigerator, charged me $588, and never issued a refund. The correct compressor part has been sitting for over two weeks, yet he never showed up on the scheduled repair date. Instead, he falsely claimed he came by and even uploaded a photo of a different house as “proof.” He’s been to my house twice before—there is absolutely no excuse for not being able to find it. This is completely unacceptable. It’s absolutely outrageous that a technician who clearly lacks the ability to fix the issue would go as far as to lie about it. I’m shocked and extremely disappointed. STAY AWAY from Sears service.

I was told a certain price for the diagnostic fee and then was overcharged. Trying to get in touch with an actual employee to fix the situation is impossible. I reached out to the number as suggested below and they did nothing to resolve the situation.

Horrible service the technician never showed up to my residents. Even after he lied on the app stating he was there and that I refused service. Who refuses that service when it's 90 degrees in my house. Management didn't really seem to show empathy and the fact you have a person like that representing your company says alot about you guys as a whole. I hope no warranty company ever uses ya'll services in the near future. Very untrustworthy and very unprofessional.

They lied they never showed up. This company was sent by the GE warranty department. I was tolld by GE customer service that A&E is a fraudulent company and they claim to do work and complete work but never shows up but yet they still use them. I waited all day and received a message that the tech was at my location and he was not. I called to complain but I was told that he completed the repair. The techs name showed up on the text as Travis R. I would rate a negative 10 but it will only allow you to rate as low as a 1. This company is awful and there is no was to communicate with them other than a call center
