Horrible service the technician never showed up to my residents. Even after he lied on the app stating he was there and that I refused service. Who refuses that service when it's 90 degrees in my house. Management didn't really seem to show empathy and the fact you have a person like that representing your company says alot about you guys as a whole. I hope no warranty company ever uses ya'll services in the near future. Very untrustworthy and very unprofessional.

They lied they never showed up. This company was sent by the GE warranty department. I was tolld by GE customer service that A&E is a fraudulent company and they claim to do work and complete work but never shows up but yet they still use them. I waited all day and received a message that the tech was at my location and he was not. I called to complain but I was told that he completed the repair. The techs name showed up on the text as Travis R. I would rate a negative 10 but it will only allow you to rate as low as a 1. This company is awful and there is no was to communicate with them other than a call center

I had a scheduled appointment for 8/12/24 to have my washer repaired. It was supposed to be between 8a-5p and i received a text at approximately 1:45p that my appointment has been cancelled with no explanation. They tied up my day for nothing and customer service couldn’t give an explanation. Worst experience ever.

The technician didn’t show up. He called me and i missed the call. Called him back left msg. Now I received msg to rate the tech who didn’t even show up but submit the work completion report! When I called Sears again the agent said she will submit a report about the tech but cannot do anything else. I need to call the insurance because the work order is already closed!!!

This is the worst company to use if you need a repair. They schedule you for an appointment and never come. Then when you call to ask why they “dont know what happened” and reschedule you. Then they continue to reschedule you for the next month without actually coming to do the repair. And when you try to get a local person on the phone they immediately reroute your call to a medical alert spam number. I hate this company with a passion. Use anyone and I mean ANYONE else!!!

Unfortunately Sears Home Repair could not complete the service order on our oven, and the technician stated they were not going to fulfill their obligation to complete the repair, or assist in purchasing a replacement appliance that they were unable to repair, as stated in the service agreement. I feel we should at least be refunded the money spent to purchase the Sears Home Repair service agreement.
