I had 2 different techs come out to repair my stove. The first gentleman came out to troubleshoot & order parts & the second did the repair. Both men were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They shared all the information with me so I understood the problem and I was very pleased with the prompt service.

I give him 5 star he may not got my issue fixed because the serial number couldn’t be read but he dis contact asurion and explained the situation so we can get service from correct source he was very nice and he was nice
