Cortez was wonderful. He knew exactly how to repair the digital display of the oven and did it quickly and efficiently. He was very nice.

What an awesome Service Technician! The original part needed to fix the AC was the wrong size. At 3:40 he left to find the correct part.. it took a while to chase one down. He went above and beyond to make sure we had AC before he left.

Luther was great ! Sears as a repair service is terrible !!!! Sears has canceled appointments at 10:15am on the day of the appointment 7 separate days, and 1 no show after saying I needed to be there from 8am to 5pm each of the 8 days. There is no recourse to file a complaint, both the text AI, and the call center AI both say the only option is AI, there are NO humans or supervisors to bump up to. I took 8 days off from work, 8 days that Sears either canceled the same day (all conveniently at 10:15am) or just did not show up or cancel!

Fantastic overall experience. Even though it took 3 separate trips to get our dishwasher fully repaired, both technicians were kind, patient with my animals, knowledgeable, and efficient. Best repair service we’ve had to date, honestly. Thank you both so much!

Did a fabulous job installing a new control board and door latch. Showed up at 5:00 to service our washer. Had 4 cancelled appointments prior to this great tech showing up. Couldn’t be happier. He’s an asset to your company. No charge. I had purchased an extended warranty.

I had 2 different techs come out to repair my stove. The first gentleman came out to troubleshoot & order parts & the second did the repair. Both men were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They shared all the information with me so I understood the problem and I was very pleased with the prompt service.
