They fixed the problem fine, but had us order a pump that did Not get used. They took it back but did not refund us. Not right!

Cortez has exceptional customer relations. Very professional and knowledgeable. The problem here is this range has been unusable since October 2024. Many parts have been replaced by several techs. Now we're into a " no longer available" parts situation. Cortez says they want to replace 3 parts with "refurbished" ? parts. This has dragged on far too long (7 months) without a range. For whatever reason it's unfixable. I want the range replaced per my contract agreement.

Honestly I am very disappointed. It took 3 trips to fix my washer. The technician also left parts he removed from my washer for me to dispose of. I could handle the parts but 3 weeks without a washer was a major problem.

Technician never showed. Went to sears home service website for update at 12:30 & it said he had arrived at my home. Not!! Called Transport A&E numerous times, everything automated. Gave incident (service) # I had been given & automated system said there was no record & could not pull me up by phone #. Jimmy has been to my house for repairs at least 3 times (lately), but they don’t have me in their system??? I could never get to real person. So frustrating! I hate that I paid for extended warranty & this is what I get. Awful. I know my blood pressure had to have been out the roof just from punching buttons & repeatedly calling A&E

The technician Michael didn't even come to my house and I received a text saying he arrived. Company is a poor excuse for a repair company!!! You need to get more responsible and reliable people as your technicians. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
