He reinstalled the dishwasher door seal correctly which the last technician had installed backwards. Thanks, but he lied on his service ticket saying he installed a new door seal, new soap dispenser, new left & right door hinge. He didn't install the new soap dispenser because the one we received is broke. He did not install the door hinges because we received two left side hinges. He was supposed to have ordered a new soap dispenser and a right hinge, but he closed the ticket claiming he installed everything. If you don't believe me the parts are sitting right here on my countertop.

Not good
I have been waiting for over 8 months for a replacement unit. It had not worked properly in 4 years. I have been trying to contact you all since August.
