The tech did what he could & his hands are tied. Wrong parts delivered and not functioning properly. Nothing he can do about it. This is the 3rd time they ate up 3 of my days & now I've got to contact them to set up another appointment. One of those days they never showed up. Lots of room for improvement on their part. Update: now day 4 of a no show. The warranty company has dropped the ball and made it difficult for me and the tech. Even more room for improvement. In all the years I've used their services, never have I encountered such poor service & substandard communication from the scheduling department. The issue is still not resolved! As I stated earlier the tech is not at fault.
