Technician, this time, was friendly, professional, and showed a caring attitude. However, Sears can do a better job of scheduling appointments which would technicians the ability to arrive at the scheduled times.

Dryer wasn't heating . Venting hose was badly clogged . Service technician was wonderful but I felt the cost was fairly overpriced.
