He was an extremely kind man. Worked quickly and efficiently and was informative as to what the problem was. Fixed it in a timely manner. If I ever need service again, I hope he’s the one assigned! A good tech makes all the difference in your customer service experience. He is to be commended for his great customer service!

Tech was very polite and patient. I know when I told him the unit was in the attic, not once did he frown. He politely said this my job. Some techs that I have delt with attitude would change for the worst. I must say he was very polite and kept a positive attitude throughout his service. I would recommend him any day

The guy that came was very professional and did a good job, however choice warranty refused to pay for the parts for your guy to fix it. But sear’s contractor was very good
