Tech was very polite and patient. I know when I told him the unit was in the attic, not once did he frown. He politely said this my job. Some techs that I have delt with attitude would change for the worst. I must say he was very polite and kept a positive attitude throughout his service. I would recommend him any day

The guy that came was very professional and did a good job, however choice warranty refused to pay for the parts for your guy to fix it. But sear’s contractor was very good

Our tech repairman is knowledgeable, efficient, very personable, careful, never leaves a mess but leaves the area far cleaner than before. We enjoy seeing such excellent work habits. I'd leave 10 stars if possible.
