Outstanding service Tech....Adam is great and walks you through the problems and solutions as he goes. Very professional and personable. We are looking for others things that need fixing so we can use him again. The service was that good!

Carolyn found a quick fix for a problem that another repair person missed. By the time Carolyn paid us a visit, we had paid $531.86 and our refrigerator was not fixed. In fact, we paid for a part that was not needed. Carolyn unplugged the refrigerator and thawed it out and it works great. Our attempts at getting some of our money refunded has been ignored. We were not happy with the company, but we were grateful to Carolyn!
