The repair technician (Adam G.) was super nice and kept us informed as to what he was doing and what was happening throughout the repair process. What needs to be fixed is your scheduling department. The times that he has been out he has had to deal with them himself to get the work order corrected so he could commence the work. Not once, not twice, every time.

Mr Alexander Smith, went into details checking every wire, diagnosing the thermostat, checking out heating unit as well! Mr. Smith is an asset to this company and didn't miss diagnosis the problem like some local companies do to try to get you to buy a new unit! I appreciate Mr. Smith professionalism and common courtesy! Mr Smith got my house out of 90 degrees inside back to 78 degrees inside...thank you for caring because we see the difference in standard that we should be getting but have to put up with the haggling and threats of other people trying to get into your pockets, they know who they are! Mr Smith, you should be accommodated, sir!
