Solved my issues with my compactor. The original service call was placed before February 3, 2021. 2021 is not a typo! I have been waiting on my ovens to be fixed before Thanksgiving 2023. Yesterday June 3, 2024, they said the repairman was coming. They provided updates of how close he was. Then it said he was onsite. No one was here. I gave them to 5pm and chatted on the site. I was told that they couldn’t Find the replacement part. I had to call back today and found out that now I have to wait 72 hours while they make a decision on what they need to do for a resolution. Give them “ZERO” for this effort. If they don’t call me back within the 72 hours, I’m supposed to call them back. I guess they’ll need another 72 hours.

Experienced and qualified service technician, confident in his knowledge and the ability to communicate both the problem and the solution.
