Both service visits were with the same technician. He knows his business, is careful with the appliance and surroundings, and both diagnosed and repaired the issue promptly. I’m back in business in the kitchen. All under warranty so no cost to me. Above average service and would recommend the Assurant program.

My Technician Cortez was awesome. Very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The Sears experience itself was frustrating. But, I cannot say enough good things about the technician.
