JIM did a great job. I had ordered a $850 main control board per 1st guy that looked at the kenmore elite dryer. JIM looked at unit and told me i think your going to be happy with me. After he put it back together it was running, I ask him i guess it was the board he said no a wire has come lose. Im happy with Jim but the 1st should have solved the issue.
