Tech was great. who was handling appointments did not seem to have a clue my ETA started around 9am and changed by the hour and finally tech came around 4. Felt like I wasted a whole day waiting! Would not recommend or ever use again.

Awesome, very nice and personal and respectful. Completed the job as fast as he could. I believe he went above and beyond the expected service. He diagnosed and repaired the dishwasher without having to order parts or replace any parts. Great service.

JIM did a great job. I had ordered a $850 main control board per 1st guy that looked at the kenmore elite dryer. JIM looked at unit and told me i think your going to be happy with me. After he put it back together it was running, I ask him i guess it was the board he said no a wire has come lose. Im happy with Jim but the 1st should have solved the issue.

Jimmy was quick and efficient. However when the initial appointment was made by the AI there was supposed to have someone come and no one showed up but a part was ordered without even checking the washer. Then only 1 out of 4 was ordered so we had to wait for the other parts. This service took longer than 2 weeks.
