He did great with the dishwasher but didn't even look at the oven. He said the work order was for the wrong oven. I sent the the brand and model # for the one I needed looked at. I don't know where the confusion was.

Your appliances service is a joke. I'm not sure you even exist. You initially set up an appointment on 5/23/24 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Waited all day. No call and no technician came. Set up second appointment for 5/30/25 from 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Received this text around 1:30 pm asking me to rate your technician. Your technician never called or came by. How in the hell do you expect me to rate someone who has the audacity not to call or show up twice!!! Had to call Thor multiple times concerning your failure to appear. They had to contact with a local appliance company to actually get repairs done by a reputable company. As a result of the horrible experience with Sears l will never purchase a Thor product and will relay to anyone who asks me about my experience with Sears how utterly incompetent Sears appliance service is!!!!! The lowest rating offered was a1 star. Unfortunately "0" was not a choice.!!!!
