Sears was able to have a tech out the same day. The tech took his time and discovered a blocked drain hose. Charged me only for the service call. Fantastic demeanor, professionalism and knowledge.

Steve removed the back panel and immediately saw that the refrigerator had been worked on before. He checked the symptoms and quickly realized that this wasn't an electrical problem. It is a small coolant leak. He recharged the system and gave me my options for either repairing or replacing the refrigerator. I'm going to replace it, but Steve's service means that I don't have to rush right out and buy a new refrigerator. I have time to shop. Steve is a very nice, friendly man and he definitely knows what he is doing. I give him 5 stars!
