Dryer repair
Cortez did a fine job with the repair. Sears was able to respond to the Friday night call for support on Monday morning, two and a half weeks earlier than a competitor. The only critique I would offer is that the scheduling communication system needs a lot of work. Most of the appliance repair providers seem to be able to pinpoint 2 to 4 hour time blocks for service. With Sears it was 8AM to 5PM, with more precise times as the service drew near, which tends to tie down the customer for an unspecified period of time.

Jayshawn was personable, quick, and clean. However, the services he provided have not made a difference. There is no difference in the functionality of our AC unit, and the house still stays fairly hot.

Jayshawn was right on time, and I explained my issue and he was professional and jumped right on the issue. He stayed on the job and as hot as it was he never stopped. Great job and would certainly recommend Jayshawn to anyone with an HVAC problem.

The technician that was sent out was for your knowledgeable and nice. He went right to the machine and started going through test to make sure everything else was OK. And then place the new part on it and recheck everything. I couldn't have asked for a. more professional technician. I will definitely call them again if needed.
