The unit covered under this warranty was down for close to a month. Each appointment time (6 in total I believe, but lost count) was confirmed by the system then immediately got a text message back saying that the appointment couldn't be kept. Called / chatted wit the AI system and all it could provide was excuses. Early in the process I did somehow chat with what appeared to be a live person and that person escalated my call to Steve (the local tech). A day later Steve arrived, ordered a list of parts needed for the repair and the parts arrived after a week or so. The system started rescheduling the appointment for the install and after several days lost finally I got back to Steve who came and installed the parts without issue. My point in all this is to say that the AI / Customer Service / Order System for this program is pitiful. I am up for renewal and am seriously considering dropping the service as the response time is unacceptable. Again, not unacceptable because of the technical service, but because the AI / Customer Service / Order System is basically unusable.
