Your schedule process is a joke. 8:00 5:00 on the day set is near impossible. In this case I got a 12:45 to 1:30 window about 11:00 am today the day of my appointment. You should use at minimum a four hour window or two is better. I will avoid using your service in the future if I have a chance. This was set up Choice Home Warranty. I will relate my stout to them in their follow up.

I really appreciated the repairman's knowledge and honesty. The repairs would prove more expensive than a new washer. So while I declined the repairs I felt I was well informed in doing what was best for my specific situation.

Cortez came to my home on Saturday October 25 at approximately 8:30 am to repair my monogram wall units. He appeared to be very knowledgeable of the units and evaluated each problem based on the information I had given him. He shared with me his concerns and gave me several suggestions. However, the final decision lies with me.
