Cortez came to my home on Saturday October 25 at approximately 8:30 am to repair my monogram wall units. He appeared to be very knowledgeable of the units and evaluated each problem based on the information I had given him. He shared with me his concerns and gave me several suggestions. However, the final decision lies with me.

The repairman showed up on time and was very knowledgeable on my GE Profile. Water was leaking down into my freezer bottom and all my frozen food was thawing. Sometimes the ice maker was not working either. He was fast and got my refrigerator doing what it should. I highly recommend Sears repair and I had Home Shield so it only cost me a service fee. Thank you Steve for the quick and expert service.
