Cortez recently visited our home to examine and repair our counter-mounted stove. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. After examining our stove, he said that he would make his recommendations to either find the necessary parts or have the stove replaced (it's over 35 years old). Sears just informed us that they would be shipping a new stove to us for installation. We're very pleased with the service provided by Cortez and Sears.

In what was otherwise a nightmare of AI, scheduling, rescheduling and delays, our knowledgeable and personable technician, Cortez, diagnosed our issue, repaired it, explained what he had done and offered guidance to help avoid further issues with this particular appliance. Thank you Cortez and shame on Sears for their position on AI and the lack of customer service.

Your schedule process is a joke. 8:00 5:00 on the day set is near impossible. In this case I got a 12:45 to 1:30 window about 11:00 am today the day of my appointment. You should use at minimum a four hour window or two is better. I will avoid using your service in the future if I have a chance. This was set up Choice Home Warranty. I will relate my stout to them in their follow up.
