Excellent service! The HVAC technician was knowledgeable, professional, and on time. The issue was diagnosed quickly and fixed properly. Everything was explained clearly, and the work area was left clean. Highly recommend.

tried various "repair" companies. when it comes to truly getting your problem resolved, it definitely comes down to the technician who's assigned to your problem. bad experiences can cause one to be frustrated with a new company, even before they start. first time with sears. it is well now. if I have a problem again, only send Jayshawn. he demonstrated patience and knowledge about wiring, thermostats, and hookups. finally, after three months of no heat, I have heat.

Cortez recently visited our home to examine and repair our counter-mounted stove. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. After examining our stove, he said that he would make his recommendations to either find the necessary parts or have the stove replaced (it's over 35 years old). Sears just informed us that they would be shipping a new stove to us for installation. We're very pleased with the service provided by Cortez and Sears.
