Unsatisfactory Experience
My initial appointment, tech never showed. I fixed the issue myself and was still charged for labor by Sears. Bad experience all around.

Washer machine issue
Lack of communication... still don't know if the part is back for my washer ... and still after 2 weeks washer is still broke .. no answer when calling (ghosted me) ... I will most definitely NOT recommend Micheal or Sears very unprofessional.

repair double wall oven
It took 2 months to complete repair. Customer service and repairman were not concerned. I could have done this repair in 2 weeks. Extremely unsatisfied. Rating 1 - poor - out of five

No show
1st of all your techs can stop telling people to have someone at house from 8-5 and then have techs stop lying by calling early in morning stating they will be at house in 45 minutes and then never show up at all after wasting my days. Not only did this happen once but twice in last couple weeks. This is in addition to sending out techs 3 times and still problem not repaired. You would think someone as large as Sears could find a tech able to repair problems and not have to come back multiple times. I need my refrigerator ice maker repaired as this has been going on almost 2 months and still not repaired.

Repair
The repair person came out replace a part. Did not check and make sure it was working. Said ok all done. I put in a load of clothes and it is still not working.

Unprofessional
I was at work and my wife was at home. My wife was the one that had to deal with Mr. Jimmy. Mr. Jimmy called me so I can explain the issue I was having. He asked my wife if the refrigerator has been worked on before and my wife had to call me to find out and when I told my wife yes and what was replaced my wife told him exactly what I said and he had a disrespectful response to my wife. He never called me to tell what was wrong or what he did. I would have liked a call back telling me exactly what he did and why i was having issues. Very unprofessional.

Sears Warrenty
Jimmy came and worked hard but did not repair our Kenmore refrigerator. He is our 4th repairman to come out and none have been successful. We have been without a refrigerator for over 6 weeks. When you call for help, you can not get past the first level of agents and you will talk to people all over the world.
