Technician never called or showed up
The first time the technician came. He tried to leave without looking at dishwasher. Then never did a diagnostic. The second appointment. Technician never called or showed up.

POOR EXPLAINATION
STEVE FULLY AND TOTALLY FAILED TO EXPAIN TO WARRANRY COMPANY THE LH SEAL ON MY FRIDGE WAS NOT TORN BUT WORN FROM NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. STEVE FULLY FAILED TO PROPRLY EXPAIN TOTALLY NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OF FAILED WIRE ON MOULTON HEAT ELEMENT TO WARRANTY COMPANY STEVE FAILED TO EXPALN THE RH SEAL HAS THE SAME NORMALLY WORN PARTS EXCESSIVELY THIN FROM 'NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR" HAD STEVE CLEARLY EXPAIND THIS MY CLAIM WOULD BE COVERED YOUR POOR EXPLANION CAUSED WARRANRY COMPLY TO SAY MY FRIG HAS SUFFED PHYSICAL DMG NOT FROM NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR!!! Repair technician tried, but NO fix...
Fletcher, the repair tech, was respectful. He attempted to sort out the leak but was unsuccessful. However, he did nothing more than run the dishwasher looking for the leak and when he couldn't find it, oh well.... THE ERROR CODE INDICATING/CONFIRMING A LEAK WILL HAPPEN AGAIN (it will shut down my dishwasher until the leak dries up from non-use) and I will have to walk through this broken process all over again! My dishwasher is covered under a purchased extended warranty and Best Buy assigned Sears Home Services to make the necessary repairs and scheduled the initial appointment. Sears AI Virtual Assistant "Richard" collected problem information and then cancelled that appointment and rescheduled (for 2 weeks later) to wait while the "suspected needful parts" were ordered and delivered (as determined by it or a troubleshooting team?). NOT ONE of those parts were replaced on my unit! Maybe the proper parts could have been determined if a real person had contacted me and asked relevant/pertinent questions regarding the leak... When Sears determined the parts had arrived, I was offered an earlier appointment, again, by the virtual assistant which I responded to immediately and numerous times! It did not respond to any of my attempts to reschedule and just kept requesting a response from me. It clearly DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY and I could have secured the appointment 4 days earlier if I could have spoken to an actual person! Plus the appointment window was 8a-5p. REALLY, A 9 HOUR WINDOW? Who do you think you are keeping me waiting ALL DAY for you? Not impressed with Sears Home Services, and definitely not impressed with "Richard" their AI Virtual Assistant. WHY CAN'T I JUST SPEAK DIRECTLY WITH A REAL PERSON??? I DO NOT LIKE THE AI EXPERIENCE - it reveals that the customer is not valued enough to offer a personal connection! This entire process was jacked-up and waste of my time and money spent on a warranty that failed to make the necessary repair!

Didn't fix the issue, caused a new error code
After three visits, my oven still has the same issue and now a new issue too. The technician didn't seem to have any manuals or diagrams/drawings (blue prints, one lines), didn't have any kind of troubleshooting guide, etc. He just started randomly taking things apart. He didn't really troubleshoot, just looked confounded. Ordered parts and came back another time with half the parts. Replaced that part; same issue. So ordered the other part again (that magically just didn't show up the first time—no explanation when asked), showed up the third time, installed it, same issue. He went to the van and called someone and then came back and said someone else who is a certified GE technician will call me in a day or two!!!!! Uh, I wanted the GE certified guy to start with. So he left, and now I'm getting error code F7 which I did NOT have before and was NOT an issue before. Not happy at all.

Zero stars first the technician said he was here. He was not here. He's never been here. He even signed my name which is fraud. No one has shown up to fix my refrigerator. Someone needs to call me about the situation right now.
