Michael was fine. The dryer isn't squealing at the moment but I'm hesitant since this is the second technician that's been here. I did find two screws on the side of dryer. Hopefully they weren't important and my dryer isn't going to fall apart. I guess there's no telling what you're going to get with Sears.

Dryer was heating, it had bad heating element. He had replacement part on the truck, part was installed, dryer worked great. He checked air flow on outside vent, all was good. He was very efficient.

The service tech Jalen was really courteous, but was so new that he didn't have the necessary equipment to troubleshoot the AC problem. He came back the second time to say it is probably low on coolant. He could not confirm a leak in the evaporator coil since there wasn't a solid platform to stand on so it can be accessed. Other companies have accessed it previously without a problem with access. Unfortunately we have to go with another company.

Repair confusion
Repair was a week later than originally scheduled due to no parts. When tech got there he didn't think he had the parts on his truck. Wireless no impressed with him.
