Please send this to Lynn from CTI Homesolutions & maybe he remembers the Tech's name that came out in August --- Hi Lynn you came to look at a refrigerator repair back in Aug 2023 Sears states that you did NOT put in your paperwork that the refrigerator part is no longer available & refrigerator cannot be fixed. You just stated that the refrigerator is not working. Dryer was heating, it had bad heating element. He had replacement part on the truck, part was installed, dryer worked great. He checked air flow on outside vent, all was good. He was very efficient.

The service tech Jalen was really courteous, but was so new that he didn't have the necessary equipment to troubleshoot the AC problem. He came back the second time to say it is probably low on coolant. He could not confirm a leak in the evaporator coil since there wasn't a solid platform to stand on so it can be accessed. Other companies have accessed it previously without a problem with access. Unfortunately we have to go with another company.

Repair confusion
Repair was a week later than originally scheduled due to no parts. When tech got there he didn't think he had the parts on his truck. Wireless no impressed with him.

Job not well done
My unit is still not working right I had another person to check my unit it is low of Freon and they left my cap off . I'm gonna give choice home warranty a call and let them know what is going on and I don't want sears to come back

Bad service
The repairman could not get my check to go thru after 5-6 try's. Finally paid with credit card and bam on Monday the check cleared and you got paid twice. Also he was told what part number to bring when he came and he did not have it on the truck and tried to blame it on someone else would not recommend this service now trying to get one of my payments back ugh.
