Microwave repair
Steve did a fine job repairing our microwave. It worked just fine when he was completed. However the next morning we went to use it and the door would not latch which made it impossible to turn on. That is no reflection on Steve since he had it working great before he left.

Cortes told me that he has never worked with this appliance before & would let Choice Home Warranty know. 'This is the 2nd Technician in one week and still do not have my appliance fixed yet. This is not Corte's fault, this is Choice Home Warranty's fault, not getting the correct information and sending it to the technicians. I am dissatisfied with the results so far.

tried various "repair" companies. when it comes to truly getting your problem resolved, it definitely comes down to the technician who's assigned to your problem. bad experiences can cause one to be frustrated with a new company, even before they start. first time with sears. it is well now. if I have a problem again, only send Jayshawn. he demonstrated patience and knowledge about wiring, thermostats, and hookups. finally, after three months of no heat, I have heat.
