Trying to contact the company (A&E) was ridiculous. The voice message system leads you in circles and never connects you with a person. The website also is just as useless. The technician however did a fine job once the parts arrived. Total time from requesting the repair to final repair was over 4 weeks .

Tech's arrived on time. Called ahead so I could get the gate open and put the dogs up. This is very important with the dogs. Went right to work and solved the problem in a matter of minutes. Required part was on the service van. Courteous and respectful too.
