Mr. Cortez was supposed to just come out and do a repair on the counterbalance white and what he did was take his time do a thorough diagnostic on our machine and discover that there was actually a tear in the tub also. We did not know that and without that knowledge we would've simply just had the counter balance replaced and put it back in there and wondered why it was leaking all over the place, but thanks to him doing his due diligence, he discovered another issue that we had no idea about

However, the service I received from SHS was totally the worst company I have ever dealt with. An 88 year old widow had gone without a refrigerator for almost 8 weeks due to your inept practices. Numerous calls and extra long wait times mostly resulting in hang ups or being transferred to "Someone who can help you" went again long wait times and incorrect information. I was told after 30 days if the item wasn't repaired it would be replaced. When I was told it it was being processed for replacement, it would take up to 72 hours for approval. After waiting that time I called back and you had no record of it and offered a case #. You said I would be contacted to fill out a form for replacement. The link sent was for a repair order. Totally uncalled for, mislead, and will not recommend any one to you for a warranty.
